HireTeachersNow was founded by Ashwini G with a vision to simplify teacher recruitment and help schools connect with quality educators more efficiently. The platform was created to bridge the gap between talented teachers and institutions seeking the right talent, making the hiring process faster, more transparent, and accessible across India.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data — name, contact details, resume, and preferences — is used solely to connect you with relevant job opportunities and schools.
We never sell your data to third parties. Teacher profiles are visible to registered recruiters in candidate search by default, and schools you apply to can also see your profile. You can turn off recruiter visibility at any time in Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Terms of Service
By using HireTeachersNow, you agree to provide accurate information in your profile and job postings. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions and compensation details.
Teachers agree to apply only to roles they are genuinely interested in. Fraudulent applications, fake profiles, or misuse of the platform will result in account termination.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled via secure, industry-standard protocols. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
Schools undergo a verification process before they can post jobs. Report suspicious activity to our support team.
